You can find all the food and drinks you consume throughout the day and determine their calories in different units of measurement. The app also allows manual calorie input.
Exercise: The app not only calculates your calorie intake throughout the day but also works in a way that allows you to track exercises and consequently all the calories burned during the day. Based on the information you enter, the app first calculates your ideal weight and body mass index. The app has a wide range of exercise options, including all activities from daily routines like cleaning to exercises like aerobics and walking. Also, the calories burned in the entered exercises are displayed on the main page and added to exceed your daily calorie intake goal.
Water: Based on the information you enter, the app calculates the daily amount of water you need to consume. You can easily add your water consumption throughout the day using the measurements provided in the app or manually. Visual effects are also available to make water tracking easy.
Weight Report: In this section, it shows the starting weight, target weight, and the amount of weight to be gained or lost to reach the ideal weight. Every time you use the update weight button, your new weight is saved by the application, allowing easy tracking of fluctuations in weight by transferring old and new data to a graph.
Your data in this section will be stored for you for 30 days and shown through a graphical representation. You can easily make edits or deletions related to your weight.
Suggestions and Requests: You can easily communicate all your feedback with us through the "Suggestions and Requests" section within the application.
